Ria66 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ria66 platform. Continued use of the platform means you agree to all terms stated below. These terms apply to all users accessing ria66 services in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using any part of the ria66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ria66 ("Platform"). ria66 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of ria66 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately.
Users are prohibited from:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any time;
- Sharing account credentials or login details with any third party;
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to access or manipulate the platform;
- Engaging in any activity intended to defraud, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems;
- Using the platform for any purpose that contravenes applicable Malaysian law.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ria66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and legitimate Malaysian internet banking.
Confirmed deposits are final and cannot be reversed by the user. Withdrawal requests are subject to the verification process and processing timelines set by the platform. ria66 reserves the right to hold or delay any suspicious withdrawal for security review and compliance purposes.
All bonuses, promotions, and rewards offered by ria66 are subject to specific wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Users are responsible for understanding the applicable terms before accepting any bonus. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in the forfeiture of rewards and closure of the account.
The platform is not responsible for any additional fees or charges levied by third-party payment service providers on users.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Ria66 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user breaches any of the terms set out in this document;
- There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- The user provides false information during registration or verification;
- The account is identified as a duplicate registration or is being used by an individual who is underage;
- Account activity poses a security risk to the platform's systems or other users.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, any outstanding funds may be withheld pending investigation. Users may contact the ria66 support team for further clarification regarding any decisions made in relation to their account.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures in place.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The ria66 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ria66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or technical failures.
Ria66 makes no guarantees that game outcomes will be in the user's favour. All games carry an inherent element of risk, and users are solely responsible for their own decisions to play.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ria66 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of ria66 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written authorisation.

The ria66 platform may contain references to third-party services for users' convenience. ria66 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ria66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism, and where necessary, before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
